Regular Hours

The Law Library has three sets of hours that regularly apply to library access:

Physical Access to Library Space

The majority of the Law Library spaces are available to law students and faculty during building hours. Exceptions include study rooms and Circulation. Building hours are controlled by law school administration and the availability of security.

Current building hours:

7 a.m. - 11 p.m.

Circulation Hours

The Circulation Department includes: Borrowing services, Reserve Collection, Study Rooms, and similar patron services. When the Circulation Department is closed, these services are not available.

Circulation Hours: 

Monday - Sunday: 9 a.m. - 10 p.m.

Reference Hours

We aspire to respond to email inquiries within 24 business hours.

Reference Hours:

Monday: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Tuesday - Friday: 9 a.m. – 8 p.m.

Saturday: 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Sunday: By Appointment

Intersession & Spring Break Hours

Between semesters and during spring break, the library generally runs the reduced hours of Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. The Law Library generally returns to regular hours the Saturday or Sunday before classes resume.
