Current Capital University Law students, faculty, and staff have access to the law school during regular law library hours. No restrictions are placed on access other than those specified by the law school administration or Capital University. Please see Chapter 7 of the Manual of Policies and Procedures (PDF) for Law School building access policies.

The law library is not open to the general public, but Capital Law alumni, local attorneys, and local judges are invited to use the law library during Circulation hours. Services available to alumni, attorneys, and judges include: access to print materials, access to IP authenticated databases from law library computers, general reference services, and limited borrowing. Please see Manual of Policies and Procedures Sections 7.1.02 and 7.1.03 for the full access policies.
