Introduction

Treatises provides an in-depth look at a specific area of law. Treatises can be a great starting point for researching a specific area of law. Although treatises are secondary sources, the background information that treatises provide can lead to primary sources or provide persuasion for a legal argument. 

Print titles are available on the 4th floor for in-library use, either in the Reserve Collection behind the circulation desk or in the Ohio Collection.
