Forms are templates for drafting legal documents. Before using a specific form, the drafter should ensure that the form is 1) relevant to their legal needs, 2) up to date, and 3) correct for the proper jurisdiction.
Print titles of formbooks are available on the 4th floor for in-library use, either in the Reserve Collection behind the circulation desk or in the Ohio Collection.
Westlaw Practical Law provides an array of information, including forms for multiple practice areas, sectors, and jurisdictions.

To access various forms, after logging in to Lexis+, select the Practical Guidance icon on the left. Under Tools & Resources (on the right), select the View All link, and then select Automated Templates.
